Where applicable, we connect clients to licensed immigration attorneys, financial institutions, real estate agents, or tax professionals for specific professional services. All third-party professionals operate independently of The Bridge.
3. Consultations & Fees
3.1 Consultation Appointments
All consultations must be scheduled through our official booking system at www.move2theusa.com
3.2 Payment Policy
Consultation fees (e.g., $250 USD) are due at the time of the meeting start. Full-service packages (Tier 1, 2, or 3) require payment according to the terms specified in your proposal or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except as required by law.
3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.
4. Service Packages (Tier 1, 2, and 3)
Each package provides different levels of support, coordination, and introductions to vetted U.S. professionals.
Tier 1: Full “White-Glove” relocation and business setup service
Tier 2: Intermediate cross-border coordination and filing support
Tier 3: Introductory advisory and consultation-based guidance
Specific deliverables are detailed in the written service proposal. The Bridge reserves the right to adjust inclusions and pricing to reflect changing regulations, vendor costs, or professional rates.
5. Third-Party Services
The Bridge partners with licensed attorneys, banks, currency exchange firms, realtors, insurance brokers, and other third-party entities.
The Bridge is not responsible for the actions, performance, or outcomes of any third-party providers. Clients engage third-party providers at their own discretion and are encouraged to review those providers’ terms directly.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information required for consultation or service delivery, comply with applicable immigration and tax regulations, and maintain clear communication during the process.
Failure to cooperate, provide requested documents, or follow recommendations may delay or invalidate certain outcomes.
7. Refunds & Termination
Refunds are generally not issued once a consultation or service has begun. The Bridge reserves the right to terminate services in cases of non-cooperation, abusive behavior, or misrepresentation. Any refunds, if approved, will be discretionary and limited to unutilized portions of the service package.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind. The Bridge does not guarantee visa approvals, immigration outcomes, or specific timelines. Final decisions rest solely with U.S. government authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Bridge, its affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services, reliance on non-legal advice or recommendations, or third-party errors or delays.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
10. Confidentiality & Privacy
The Bridge respects client confidentiality. Personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services and coordinating with partner professionals. Data handling complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

11. Intellectual Property
All website content, brand materials, logos, videos, and documents are the property of The Bridge Cross-Border Consulting Inc. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable U.S. federal regulations where relevant.
13. Updates to Terms
